He keeps setting up his entrepreneurial commitment to be prepared for hard times. One of the above mentioned projects is the COBUS real estate project. Wilhelm Mormann’s intention was to set up an innovation and technology center providing a modern business atmosphere in a medium-sized town like Rheda-Wiedenbrück. In 2006 COBUS ConCept purchased the property of 10,000 m² and built the innovation and commercial center (IWZ).

Some of the offices were rented out to small and medium-sized start-up companies. Meanwhile, IWZ has become a huge network of cooperation’s, synergies and communication. Now, the property has extended to another 1,200 m² and covers an area of 3,300 m². Moreover, another building at Nickelstraße 26 is part of the IWZ real estate, offering more space to further expand the innovation and commercial center.
